digital file of custom portrait

Once you've ordered a custom project (crest, home portrait, pet portrait, family portrait, silhouette, etc.), you can add the digital file to your order. Buying this digital file also includes the printing rights (for personal use only - see terms below) to your portrait. 

You will receive a link to your files via email. The files will be available in .pdf, .jpeg, and .png formats. If you need any other formats, please notify me via email (shopbrushandline@gmail.com).

TERMS OF USE:

Acceptable use: (a) print for personal use only 

You may not:
(a) republish material within these files (including republication on another website)
(b) sell, rent or sub-license material in digital files
(d) exploit the digital files for a commercial purpose; or
(e) redistribute digital files to others

Works of art cannot be modified without the permission of the artist. Works cannot be distributed, mutilated, or altered in any way that would prejudice the reputation of the Artist.

The purchase of copyrighted artwork does not transfer the copyright. The copyright to produce the works in copies, to produce derivative work based on the copyrighted image, and to distribute copies is retained by the Artist.
